This quote simulator gives you, in a few minutes, an indicative price for private clients and companies. For private clients: weddings, baptisms, marriage proposals, hen parties, family and friends sessions, portraits and other events. For companies: corporate events, corporate portraits, food and product, and social media content.

How the quote simulator works
- Choose whether it is for you or for your company, and the service you need.
- Answer a few questions about your day or your project and pick the package and extras that make sense.
- Add the date and place, confirm your email with a 6-digit code and see the price straight away, line by line. You can remove extras to fine-tune the total and, if it suits you, ask for confirmation.
If what you are looking for is not on the list, choose the closest service and explain what you have in mind in the “Other information or requests” field. I will prepare a tailored quote and send it together with confirmation of availability for your date.
Prices and conditions
The prices in the quote simulator are indicative, so you have a clear idea before we talk. Every quote is confirmed personally, after checking the date and the details of the job. VAT is added at the legal rate.
- For events outside Sintra, Lisbon, Cascais and Ericeira, travel and/or accommodation costs, or other costs needed to produce the work, are added.
- The date is booked with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid on the day.
- Weddings start at €1,100 with the Golden Hour package: 4 hours of coverage, help with locations and permits, and a private online gallery.

What makes the price change
For a wedding, the biggest factor is the number of hours. A short ceremony with the reception next door fits into the 4 hours of the Golden Hour package; if you want the getting ready, the end of the party or a second photographer to cover two places at once, you need more time and more people. A printed album, film and drone also make a difference, which is why they are listed separately, so you only choose what makes sense for you.
For sessions, the price depends mostly on the location and on what you want to receive: just the online gallery, an album, a poster or a pack of printed photos. The quote simulator shows all of this line by line, so you can see where each amount comes from before you decide.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a wedding photographer cost?
My weddings start at €1,100 with the Golden Hour package (4 hours). The Romance package, with 8 hours from the ceremony to dinner, is €1,800, and the Ever After package, with 12 hours, a second photographer and a hard-cover album, is €2,600. Cinematic adds a full wedding film and a highlight film. I explain it in more detail in the guide how much does a wedding photographer cost.
Is the quote simulator price the final price?
It is an indicative price, based on current rates. I confirm the final quote after looking at the date, the location, the timings and what you have in mind.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
So the estimate reaches your inbox and I can reply with the final quote. It also keeps automated requests out.
What if the event is outside Sintra, Lisbon, Cascais or Ericeira?
I work all over Portugal. Outside these areas, travel and/or accommodation costs, or other production costs, are added and shown in the final quote.
How is the date booked?
The date is only booked once the 50% deposit is paid. The rest is paid on the day of the wedding or event. VAT at the applicable rate is added to the prices shown.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added to the prices shown at the legal rate.
