A “yes” in Lisbon, a party in Sintra
A wedding in Lisbon and Sintra, with the best of both places. On 19 September, Inês and Francisco got married in a church in Lisbon and then headed to Sintra, where the party went on late into the night in a garden lit by strings of lights.
It was a day full of real emotion: Francisco’s nervous wait at the altar, a ceremony surrounded by family and friends, a joyful exit to applause and the arrival at the party in a classic car. As a wedding photographer, my role was to stay attentive and discreet, so that every moment was captured just as it happened.

Between the ceremony and the party, we set aside a few minutes just for the two of them. No complicated posing: just Inês and Francisco, relaxed and enjoying their day.

In Sintra, the night took on a different light. The garden, the hanging lights and the joy of the guests made this party one of those moments that stay with you forever.
The people
At a wedding, the people are half the story. I like to photograph guests naturally, without posing: a friend’s smile, a relative’s attentive look, grandparents holding their grandchild.
